Rapid Transformational Therapy

I can help you uncover underlying beliefs, thoughts and emotions to become your authentic self through Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT).

What is RTT?

With RTT, I can help you get to the root cause of trauma, pain and anxiety in just 1 to 3 sessions.

We all have core beliefs, habits and emotions that live in our subconscious. But not all of those are helpful.

RTT is a therapy that uses neuroplasticity — your brain's ability to rewire itself. It does this by using a combination of principles from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).

We can replace old, outdated belief systems and behaviours with better ones. That’s right, the secret to a happy life is neuroplasticity. Who’d have thought?

From Marisa Peer herself...

Who is RTT for?

RTT is for anyone who wants to break free of difficult emotions, behaviours and thoughts that hold them back.

It can be helpful for anyone having difficulties with:

✔ anxiety and stress

✔ low self-esteem and confidence

✔ trauma and PTSD

✔ relationships

✔ addiction or obsessive behaviours

✔ weight and health management

✔ phobias and fears.

✔ achieving your goals.

If you’re experiencing one or more of these, we can work through it together with RTT.

How can RTT help?

RTT rapidly helps you uncover the root causes of the problems you're experiencing today.

By harnessing the power of neuroplasticity you can begin to:

✔️ confront and heal emotional pain and trauma

✔️ overcome and change self-limiting inner dialogue

✔️ build confidence, self-worth and resilience

✔️ replace unhealthy patterns with healthier ones

✔️ feel empowered to take control and make positive changes
✔️ improve communication, relationships and intimacy

✔️ feel more connected, focused and motivated

✔️ overcome the emotions blockers that hold people back

✔️ create sustainable, lasting change.

Working with me

1. Discovery call

2. RTT session

We’ll discuss the issues you’re facing and what you’d like to get from our sessions. I’ll also answer any questions you might have.

Each RTT session focuses on one issue at a time. So if you have more than one issue to work on, we’ll make a plan for how we’ll prioritise them.

At this point, if you decide you still want RTT, we’ll book your first session.

We’ll do our first RTT session via Zoom, working on the first (or only) issue. This will involve going through your existing, subconscious beliefs, emotions and behaviours.

Uncovering and discussing deep emotional wounds can be intense. So after a session, I highly recommend you take the rest of the day off — or take it easy.

You’ll also get a personalised MP3 hypnosis recording after the session to listen to everyday for 21 days.

3. Follow-up appointment

4. Life coaching

After doing your self-directed hypnosis for 21 days, we’ll get together for a 20 minute call to talk through how it went.

We can then book in our next RTT session (if you’d like one), working on the same issue, or a different one.

I recommend 1 to 3 RTT sessions, although you’ll see progress and breakthroughs in just one.

Although I do standalone RTT sessions, I specialise in combining RTT and life coaching. This is because they are much more effective when done together.

After your RTT, I can use what we learned to support and guide you to live the life you want with coaching.

Taking the first step can be overwhelming, so if you have any questions, get in touch.

"I am feeling amazing and had a revealing dream and this morning just came to new conclusions, thanks to our session, and have a big grin on my face. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!"

FAQs

1. How does RTT differ from other therapy approaches?

RTT is the only therapy of its kind as it combines many techniques used in other therapies. It gets to the root cause of the issue straight away, giving people breakthroughs in their first session.. Other therapies can take weeks, months or even years to achieve the same result.

2. How long do the results of RTT last?

As long as you listen to the hypnosis recording for around 21 days, the results will be long-lasting,  creating permanent change in your life.

3. Where do RTT sessions take place?

All of my RTT sessions are carried out via Zoom, so clients can feel as safe and comfortable as possible in their own homes. This is just as effective as if sessions were in-person. To make sure sessions are private and with no chance of being disturbed, some people choose to go to different locations (such as a hotel).

4. Do you offer any long-term support?

Along with RTT, I offer life coaching. As RTT is a positive life-altering therapy, most of my clients like to have 3 to 12+ months coaching. This gives them the chance to get support and guidance adapting to their new identity — and make the most out of the changes they’ve made.

5. How does life-coaching compliment RTT?

RTT helps you uncover and destroy any limiting-beliefs that may have been keeping you from achieving your goals previously. Life coaching is then able to use what you learned in RTT to take steps to achieving your goals — and create the life you want.

6. Will RTT work for me if I'm neurodivergent?

When you meet one neurodivergent person, you have met one neurodivergent person — you’ve not met them all! As neurodivergence people are all so different, how RTT impacts them will vary widely. If you’re neurodivergent and you’re not sure if RTT will work for you, we can discuss it on a discovery call. You could then try one session to start with.
